About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Multimedia Specialist to develop high quality visuals, short form video content, motion graphics, and marketing materials for both LMM and our clients. You will be responsible for designing and editing content that tells a story, enhances brand identity, and drives engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong creative skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast paced marketing environment.


What You Will Be Doing:

Content Creation and Design

  • Create graphics, branding materials, and digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

  • Design motion graphics and animations to bring brand stories to life.

  • Develop eye catching, high converting visuals that align with marketing goals.

Video Editing and Short Form Content

  • Edit short form content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that captivates audiences.

  • Enhance brand storytelling through high quality video content and transitions.

  • Ensure content is optimized for engagement, reach, and brand consistency.

Marketing and Brand Strategy Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals and creative assets.

  • Maintain brand identity across all content while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, social media trends, and new content formats.

Project Management and Execution

  • Organize and manage digital assets, templates, and brand materials.

  • Work efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure projects align with brand and campaign objectives.

Requirements


  • Two to four years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or content creation.

  • Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

  • Experience editing short form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging visuals that resonate with audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.

  • Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and audience engagement.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Experience working with a team in a fast paced, creative environment.
