About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategy development and overseeing project execution across all client accounts. You will work closely with the LMM team to ensure every campaign aligns with client goals, is delivered on time, and produces measurable success.

This role requires a balance of strategy, leadership, and execution. You will be responsible for crafting high-level marketing plans while also ensuring that every detail is managed effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development

  • Develop custom marketing strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and goals

  • Align content, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts into a cohesive plan

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are built around clear KPIs and success metrics

  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and content direction to maintain consistency and effectiveness

Project and Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams to ensure client projects stay on track

  • Lead weekly strategy meetings to review campaign performance and make necessary adjustments

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to execute marketing plans

  • Create timelines and workflows to streamline the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple clients

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies

  • Adjust marketing efforts based on engagement, conversion rates, and audience feedback

  • Work with the team to test, optimize, and improve content, messaging, and outreach efforts

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Guide team members in executing marketing strategies effectively

  • Ensure marketing plans are executed with excellence and in alignment with LMM’s standards

  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or brand management

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and digital strategy

  • Ability to create and manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads

  • Experience leading projects, managing deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members effectively

  • Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is a plus
