Cancellation Policy

To ensure an enjoyable, safe, and seamless experience, the following policies apply to our date events: RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT • All participants must reserve a spot at least 24 hours in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to ensure the reservation. AGE REQUIREMENTS • Guests must be 18+ to book this service. ARRIVAL & CHECK IN • We encourage guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early to check in. • Late arrivals may join the session but will not receive extra time to be fair to the next booking. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION • Outside alcohol is not allowed unless specifically stated. • Drink responsibly—guests who appear overly intoxicated may be refused service for safety. SUPPLIES • All materials will be provided for each date experience. • Guests are welcome to take their creation home at the end of the session depending on the chosen activity. CONDUCT & RESPECT • We aim to create a friendly, creative environment—disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. • Respect fellow guests, staff, and materials. FOOD & BEVERAGES • Outside snacks are not permitted unless otherwise specified. • Please clean up your area before leaving. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund or credit. • Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a partial refund or credit. • No-shows are non-refundable. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA • We may take photos and videos during the event for promotional use. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival. SAFETY & LIABILITY • Guests participate at their own risk. • The venue and instructors are not liable for loss or damage of personal items.
