Cancellation Policy

To ensure an enjoyable, safe, and seamless experience for all guests, the following policies apply to our events: RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT • All participants must reserve a spot at least 2 hours in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. • Walk-ins are welcome only if space permits. AGE REQUIREMENTS • Guests must be 18+ to attend our in-house sessions. • We can host child-friendly sessions upon request or for events. ARRIVAL & CHECK IN • We encourage guests to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and choose their seats. • Late arrivals may join the session in progress but will not receive extra time. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION • Outside alcohol is not allowed unless specifically stated for private events. • Drink responsibly—guests who appear overly intoxicated may be refused service for safety. SUPPLIES • All materials are included in the cost of the session. CONDUCT & RESPECT • We aim to create a friendly, creative environment—disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. • Respect fellow guests, staff, and materials. FOOD & BEVERAGES • Depending on the event, light snacks may be provided. • Outside snacks are not permitted unless otherwise specified. • Please clean up your area before leaving. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event receive a full refund or credit. • Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a credit only. • No-shows are non-refundable. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA • We may take photos and videos during the event for promotional use. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival. SAFETY & LIABILITY • Guests participate at their own risk. • The venue and instructors are not liable for paint damage to personal items.
