Cancellation Policy

This bar crawl is designed to provide participants with a fun, social, and memorable nightlife experience while promoting responsible enjoyment of Accra’s vibrant bar scene. All attendees are expected to follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. Eligibility & Registration * Participants must be 18+. * All attendees must check in at the official meeting point at least 15 minutes before the event begins. * If provided, wristbands or event badges must be worn at all times for venue access and drink promotions. Code of Conduct To maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment, participants agree to: * Drink responsibly and know their limits. * Respect other participants, venue staff, and the public. * Avoid aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. * Follow all venue-specific rules, dress codes, and entry requirements. * Refrain from bringing outside alcohol into any participating venue. Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund. Alcohol Responsibility Policy * Attendees are encouraged to pace themselves, stay hydrated, and eat throughout the night. * Participants may be refused service by bartenders based on their discretion and safety assessments. * The event team reserves the right to remove any individual displaying signs of severe intoxication. Safety & Security * Bar Crawl guide(s) will be present throughout the night to assist participants. * In the event of emergency, participants should notify staff or venue security immediately. * Attendees are encouraged to stick with the group and avoid walking off at stops. Health & Wellness * Anyone feeling unwell should refrain from participating. * Basic first aid support will be available at designated venues. Ticketing, Refunds & Liability * All ticket purchase are final unless the event is canceled by organizers. * By participating, attendees acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and nightlife environments. * Guides are not responsible for lost property, personal injury, or damages resulting from negligence or unsafe behavior. Photography & Media * Portions of the event may be photographed or filmed. * By attending, participants grant permission for their image to be used for promotional or social media purposes. Amendments Event organizers reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Participants will be informed of major changes when they arise.
